& on indian elections- if the multi party system generates a truly flexible 4th, 5th etc front of decentralizing stakeholders, more power to democracy- but need to keep the "UPSC's" cry for centralized, opaque, unaccountable bureacrazy in the name of "patirot stability" at bay. this is a true test for the continued generativity & innovativeness & agility& & resilience etc of democrazy-

but of course there is no secure reason why large parts of india, esp in the maoist East will not morph in the coming decade(s) to a permanent kashmir/west bank intergenerational-internationalist cycle of violence, by & against state & militias (state & others')
